Rocket Power is about four kids, their parents, and their friends.
The main characters, Reggie and Otto Rocket, along with their friends
are into extreme sports: roller and ice hockey, surfing, skateboarding,
mountain boarding, etc. Otto and Reggie are sister and brother. Their
single father, Raymundo, takes care of them. He also owns the Shore Shack
where he, and his Best friend Tito, who is from Hawaii, work. Sam lives
with his mother, who is recently divorced. His father lives back in Kansas,
where Sammy is from. Sam is called "squid" by his friends because he is the
new kid in town. Twister is Otto's best bud, and an avid camera boy. He
likes to tape Otto while Otto is doing rad moves in the sports he is good in.
Twister lives with his parents and his Brother Lars, with whom he gets tricked
into doing things a lot.
